The garden apartment offers convenient ground floor accommodation with views of Montpellier Gardens. The bedroom has a 6 foot double zip and link Vi-Spring bed (can be made as a double or twin). The en suite stone bathroom has a Fired Earth ceramic sink and shower over bath. There is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge with 2 large sofas, floor to ceiling windows and a dining area with leather high backed chairs.

The courtyard is a cosy basement apartment with its own entrance and a pretty ivy covered courtyard.

The bedroom has a 6 foot double zip and link Vi-Spring bed (can be made as a double or twin) with Sheridan sheets. The limestone tiled bathroom has under floor heating, a claw foot bath and separate corner shower. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a door to the courtyard. The maisonette is a light and airy 2nd floor apartment with views over Montpellier Gardens. There are 2 bedrooms, one double with a brass bed and one twin/double (as required). There is a staircase to the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom has a power shower over bath. There is a fully-equipped French style kitchen/diner and a lounge with large sofas.

All the apartments are within the same Regency townhouse, centrally located in fashionable Montpellier. The house itself is on a quiet street overlooking Montpellier Gardens and is 2 minutes' walk from The Promenade.

By car from the East (M40/A40):
- Follow the A40 into Cheltenham and signs for General Hospital.
- Continue past the hospital to a set of traffic lights where you will need to turn right, then immediately left.
- On this road, take the 1st turning right, then the 1st turning left.
- The apartments are located at number 16 (at the top of the road on the right) with Montpellier Gardens directly on your left.

From South West and Midlands (M5):
- Exit the M5 at junction 11 and take the A40 into Cheltenham.
- Continue straight ahead over the 1st 2 roundabouts, following the A40 for half a mile.
- At the fork in the road take the left onto Lansdown Road. Continue straight ahead at the island and at the mini-roundabout take the 1st left, then 1st left again.
